Body, mind, and the school day

A sound mind exists in a sound body

Yoga and meditation are a part of the school curriculum, which helps students bring body and mind together to enhance their focus on academics, memory power, and concentration.

Sports and games and physical exercises are provided to each student and are a part of the curriculum. The school has several credits in the sports field. The school volleyball team has won several matches at inter-school, cluster, taluk, and district levels.
